We had a fine experience. The hotel was nicely decorated and luxury, enjoyed city view from our standard queen room. Some of the staff members were responsive. The location was secure, next to Van Eps Park.

We got excellent value for our money, the room was beautiful with stunning views of downtown through the giant windows. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Bryan Cranston's long-lost twin at the front desk who had the best laugh and was always eager to help.
The breakfast option could be improved with a continental spread, without raising the price.
